While working within the Department of Australian Immigration, Frank Donatiello was the Manager of:

NSW Permanent Residence - Partner and other family visas;
Business Centre in Parramatta which included;
Entertainment visas;
International Events Network;
Sports visas;
Religious visas;
Occuptional Trainee visas;
Media and Film, and other specialist visas.

Frank Donatiello also held the position of Regional Director of the Parramatta Offices while the Business Manager of all NSW Compliance Operations that included:

Investigations,
Compliance field teams operating out of Sydney, Chatswood, Rockdale, Bankstown and Parramatta,
Visa Cancellations including criminal matters,
Detention & the Deportation or Removal of unlawful non-citizens from Australia.
